An expert in complex project management and hospitality profitability. A seasoned professional with a diverse client base, ranging from industrial kitchens at car factories and banks to franchise locations and Michelin-starred restaurants.

Tamás started out as an economist, but ended up becoming a Swiss Army knife. He’s just as comfortable with kitchen technology and specifications as he is with the intricacies of service and cash flow management. He can’t stand it when things aren’t moving forward—if necessary, he’ll roll up his sleeves and get to work taking things apart or putting them together.

Nearly 20 years of international and Hungarian professional experience covering every aspect of the hospitality industry, from kitchen work to owning a franchise. More than 10 years of consulting experience: from hotels, bars, and cafés to 1-, 2-, and 3-Michelin-starred establishments. Over the past 6 years, he has coordinated more than 10 billion forints in investments, technology procurement, and implementation.
